Hello there! It's Lainie Eilenberger from Key and Slate Real Estate Group, your go-to real estate expert for Lubbock and West Texas. Today, I'm sharing not just a delicious recipe, but also some exciting updates about our vibrant real estate market and the services I offer.
But before we dive into the world of real estate, let's talk about a mouthwatering appetizer that's perfect for any gathering - Hawaiian Ham and Cheese Roll Sliders. These sliders are a true crowd-pleaser, and they're incredibly easy to make. Let's get started!
Ingredients You'll Need:
24 Hawaiian Diner Rolls
1 pound of thin-sliced Ham Deli Meat (grab it from the sandwich meat section)
6 ounces of Swiss Cheese slices
¾ cup of melted unsalted Butter
2 teaspoons of Dijon Mustard
4 teaspoons of Worcestershire Sauce
4 teaspoons of Brown Sugar
1 tablespoon of dried minced Onion
1 ½ tablespoons of Poppy Seeds
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Slice the Hawaiian Diner Rolls in half horizontally, keeping them connected. Place the bottom half in a baking dish.
Layer the ham slices evenly on top of the rolls, followed by the Swiss cheese slices.
Place the top half of the rolls over the cheese.
In a mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, dried minced onion, and poppy seeds. Mix well.
Pour this savory butter mixture evenly over the rolls.
Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for about 20 minutes until the cheese is melted and the sliders are heated through.
Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, allowing the tops to turn golden brown.
Once done, remove from the oven and let them cool slightly. Slice the sliders along the pre-cut lines, and they're ready to serve!
